A Note from the

Continuing Education Coordinator

Our 2026 Customer Service Conference: Communication and Credibility was extremely popular this last April. In particular, the topics for all the breakout sessions.  Unfortunately, it is impossible to attend all the breakout sessions.  That is why we are repeating all the breakout sessions as webinars.  This gives those that attended a chance to participate in the sessions they missed.  It also gives an opportunity to those that were not able to join us in-person.  Below are the webinars and the dates.
