A Note from the
Executive Director
I am excited to introduce three new members to the NEO-RLS team!
Mary Ellen Powers joined us as our new Fiscal Officer on February 3rd. Mary Ellen brings extensive experience in accounting and finance, having previously served as the Fiscal and Audit Manager at WKSU - Kent State University, Financial Analyst for the City of Fairlawn, and Treasurer for CAMLS (Cleveland Area Metropolitan Library System). We are thrilled to have her expertise on board.
Hillary Brown started with us on February 24th as our Programs and Services Associate. Hillary comes from Cleveland Heights-University Heights Library, where she worked as a Youth Services Librarian. She has also held positions as a Product Support Specialist at OverDrive and as Library Project Manager at the Transformer Station Museum. We look forward to the innovative contributions she’ll bring to our programs and services.
Jill Grunenwald began working with us as our Marketing and Engagement Coordinator on March 3rd. Jill was previously a Marketing Specialist at OverDrive and has a background working in public, academic, and special libraries. Additionally, she is the Creator & Co-host of the Professional Book Nerds podcast at OverDrive. Her experience will be invaluable as we continue to enhance our outreach and engagement efforts.
Please join me in welcoming Mary Ellen, Hillary, and Jill to the NEO-RLS team! We are excited to have them on board and look forward to the great work we will accomplish together.
Have a great day!
