A Note From the
Executive Director

I am excited to announce the 2024-2025 Leadership Academy, designed for both current and aspiring library leaders. Starting this October, the academy offers a comprehensive program featuring a blend of online and in-person sessions.

The academy will cover essential topics such as:

  • Interdepartmental Relationships
  • Navigating Difficult Conversations
  • Leading from the Middle
  • The Importance of Empathetic Leadership
  • And much more!

Here is what a previous academy participant had to say:

"I appreciate how much I learned about myself. I was able to reflect on how I may be perceived by others. Using this information, I am adapting how I think and how I behave as a leader."

Registration is now open, and we encourage anyone seeking to elevate their leadership capabilities to join us. For more information and to register, visit the NEO-RLS Leadership Academy page.

Don't miss this opportunity to advance your leadership skills, network with peers, and grow professionally!

For any questions or additional information, please contact Melissa Lattanzi at lattanzm@neo-rls.org.

Have a great day!

Ragan
