A Note From the
Executive Director

As summer gradually transitions into autumn, we want to congratulate all libraries on another successful season. There is no question that your dedication and hard work in providing engaging Summer Reading Programs and invaluable services have positively impacted the communities you serve.

Volunteer for the 2024 Summer Reading Planning Committees:

If you're brimming with ideas and enthusiasm after a busy summer, we invite you to take part in shaping the 2024 NEO-RLS Summer Reading Workshops for children, teens, and adults. To express your interest in joining a planning committee, please email Melissa Lattanzi at lattanzm@neo-rls.org.

Share Your Summer Success Stories:

We're eager to showcase the accomplishments of your library throughout the summer. We invite you to share your success stories, programming photos, and articles with our library community. If you'd like to see your library in the spotlight, please send your submissions to Jeff Laser at jeff.laser@neo-rls.org. Your stories will be featured not only in our newsletter but also on our webpage.

The NEO-RLS staff looks forward to providing you with exciting continuing education opportunities this fall. Be sure to check out the CE Calendar for all of our upcoming offerings.

Have a great day!
