Shaker Heights Public Library seeks a responsible, customer service-oriented individual to monitor the busy Tech Hub. Responsibilities include assisting customers in using the internet, email, web-based applications, software (such as Microsoft Office), printers, copiers, Fax, and other resources. Additional tasks include minor troubleshooting and support of the future creation spaces. High school diploma, excellent customer service skills and demonstrated proficiency with Windows, MS Office and Internet required. Completion of multiple computer classes or extensive personal experience with Microsoft Office and web-based applications preferred.
Part-time, 24 hours per week. This position works a variety of daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
