Details:
The Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-service oriented person to join our Circulation team.
This position primarily checks in and out materials, answers phones, assists patrons with account information, issues library cards, and answers basic informational questions.
Required:
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Ability to assist patrons with basic office equipment
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends
Excellent communication skills
Preferred: One year of customer service experience
Physical demands with or without accommodation:
Ability to move and/or lift heavy items
Ability to push/pull a loaded book cart
Regularly required to talk and hear
Regularly required to walk, bend, reach, and sit
Salary: $9.18/hour, Hours: 20 hours/week
