Event Description
A one-hour virtual presentation given by the Ohio Auditor of State’s Chief Legal Counsel, Mary DeGenaro, on the Ohio Public Records Act and Open Meeting Act, as well as the importance of proper record retention.

Presenter:

Andrea  Zeidler joined the Auditor of State’s Office in 2019 as Assistant Legal Counsel. She gained a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. Andrea then earned her Juris Doctor from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in the Evening Division Program.

In her duties as Assistant Legal Counsel, Andrea advises on audit questions regarding the legal use of public monies. In addition, she manages the AOS Open Government Unit and conducts Certified Public Records Training seminars for state and local government officials.
