Three objectives, you will be able to:
- Identify the foundations of body language and distinguish nonverbal behaviors that specifically project leadership and authority
- Accurately decipher negative tells and utilize body language to effectively minimize conflict and elicit a more positive environment
- Apply nonverbal cues of persuasion to generate collaboration, motivation and positive communication with colleagues and clients
