This session unpacks the science behind short-form, consistent training and how it drives real behavior change, then introduces FOCUS Microlearning, Novare's weekly inbox-delivered lessons designed to make staff development easy, practical, and sustainable.

Learning Objectives:
  • Understand why microlearning improves knowledge retention and engagement compared to traditional training formats.
  • Identify practical strategies to implement microlearning.
  • Explore collaborative learning techniques to strengthen team-wide skill development.
