Event Description
The MessageBee system is comprehensive communication solution for libraries – handling both account notifications and marketing/outreach communications via email, voice and text/sms. This presentation will cover the functionality contrasting key differences from what is available by default from native ILS communications.
 
From a marketing perspective, we will cover some common applications outside of just newsletters along with some best practices for marketing email communication.

Rob Klaus is President of Unique Management's Software & Patron Service operations. He has been working with public libraries on communication services for almost 25 years. He was central to the creation of Unique's MessageBee communication platform for libraries and has helped hundreds of libraries implement communication solutions.
