Participants will walk away with practical ideas for engaging with their community and concrete suggestions for successful and rewarding programming for adults with IDD.
Learning Objectives:
Rebecca Wolfe is the manager of the Grabill branch of the Allen County Public Library in Indiana. She worked for twenty years as manager of a large suburban branch of ACPL before moving in 2022 to the beautiful Grabill branch, which is a rural branch with its own hitching post for equine visitors. For the past decade, Rebecca has focused on programming for adults and teens with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This work led to recognition as one of Library Journal's 2024 "Mover & Shakers." Location
