Event Description
Here is an opportunity to share your challenges and successes with your peers.  This meeting will be held through Zoom which is user friendly to all devices.  You will receive a link in your email when you register and 1 hour before the meeting.  We hope you will join us.  Please send agenda items/questions to Yvette Wasko.

Featured Speaker: Jazmyn J. Barrow, is a shareholder in the Cleveland office at Ogletree Deakins. She is an experienced management-side labor attorney advising clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, with a particular focus on traditional labor law and matters involving the National Labor Relations Act.

Jazmyn will be talking about the NLRB’s recent decision in Stericycle, Inc., overturning its more employer-friendly Boeing decision, which had governed agency doctrine on workplace conduct policies for the past six years and maybe how that decision might affect employer policies.
