Manager of Public Services
We seek an energetic candidate with strong customer service skills to plan, organize, and supervise circulation and reference services for our library. This position:
Provides management and consistent leadership to a staff of 12-14 direct reports.
Provides and oversees services at public circulation and reference desks throughout the library.
Coordinates services with other departments, library consortiums, and library organizations.
Selects and manages the librarys adult print collections.
The schedule includes nights and weekends.
Qualifications: Masters degree in library science from an ALA-accredited college or university and a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience with increased levels of responsibility of which two years of supervisory experience is required.
Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000
