Library Systems Technician
Hiring Range: $15.01-$16.50 per hour, depending on qualifications, with full benefits.
The Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library is accepting applications for a full-time Library Systems Technician to troubleshoot and repair problems with networked computers systems at all library locations. This position assists the Library Systems Coordinator and provides technical assistance and training to library staff.
Additional duties include:
setting up and deploying hardware,
assisting in the management of the VoIP telephone system,
receiving new equipment and returning defective equipment,
providing occasional technical assistance and training to library customers.
Requirements:
associates degree in technology, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of computers and computer networks.
