The library serves more than 86,000 residents of Muskingum County through six (6) library branch locations. It enjoys the support of an engaged board and friendly staff, as well as a community that appreciates excellent library service.
Located east of the state capital of Columbus, Muskingum County and Zanesville, the county seat, offer a variety of unique cultural attractions and recreational opportunities, a rich history, and small-town charm.
