Presenter: Joe Ceterski is a librarian and Training Specialist for EBSCO Information Services. As the Training Specialist serving the Northeastern United States and Eastern Canada, he provides online and onsite training on EBSCOhost, eBooks, EDS, and other EBSCO services. Joe received his Masters Degree in library science from the University at Albany, and has more than 20 years of library experience, working in academic and special libraries and for library consortia.
