Communication and Team Work

Not all team are born to be highly effective.  In this workshop, you will find out how to overcome obstacles, personalities and conflict.  You will learn the 5 key steps to becoming a highly functioning team.  Through activities, examples and experience you will gain the knowledge and experience you need to work well together.

Objectives:

•  Appreciate the four different behavioral styles.
• How to effectively deal with team conflict.
• Understand the 5 key steps to building highly effective teams.

Presenter:  Susan Aldrich has spent years motivating and inspiring audiences to step out of their comfort zone in order to reach their full potential individually or as part of a team. With more than 25 years of experience, she is now seen as the go-to motivational speaker and trainer for corporations interested in investing in their high potential employees with a proven program that guides emerging leaders and employees on a journey to success.
