Learning Objectives:
During and after this webinar, participants:
  1. Are exposed to diverse approaches to serve immigrants/New Americans at different levels of investment.
  2. Will recognize that providing these services and programs can often be multi-purposed to serve long-time residents and any new resident as well as newcomers to the US.
  3. Construct a list of 10 concrete things they can do in their buildings and in their communities based on webinar content.
 Presenter:  Jennifer Koerber
Jennifer has two decades of experience in libraries, in both public-facing and behind-the-scenes roles. She has written extensively for Library Journal on public library services and technology, and in May 2018, her book Library Services to Immigrants and New Americans: Celebration and Integration was released by Libraries Unlimited.
