Description:Not all team are born to be highly effective.  In this workshop, you will find out how to overcome obstacles, personalities and conflict.  You will learn the 5 key steps to becoming a highly functioning team.  Through activities, examples and experience you will gain the knowledge and experience you need to work well together.

Objectives:
  •  Appreciate the four different behavioral styles.
  • How to effectively deal with team conflict.
  • Understand the 5 key steps to building highly effective teams.
Presenter:  Susan Aldrich has spent years motivating and inspiring audiences to step out of their comfort zone in order to reach their full potential individually or as part of a team. With more than 25 years of experience, she is now seen as the go-to motivational speaker and trainer for corporations interested in investing in their high potential employees with a proven program that guides emerging leaders and employees on a journey to success.
