He holds a B.A. in Gender & Sexuality Studies from Ursinus College and a Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Alabama. The Advocate, the nation's largest and oldest LGBTQ magazine, honored Jordan as Wyoming Champion of Pride in 2018 for his work empowering LGBTQ youth in the nation's reddest and most rural state. Internationally, Jordan's scholarship on Greek -letter organizations has been cited by Canadian researchers and he recently presented at the The Trans* Research Association of Ireland’s First Annual Symposium. He is currently working on a chapter for the upcoming LItwin Press edited anthology, Potions, Powers, and Prejudice: Reassessing Harry Potter.
