This talk will discuss a number of concerns, including algorithmic bias, user privacy, and copyright/intellectual property, as we work to answer the question: how can we adapt to a changing technology landscape while staying true to our professional ethics? \n \nLearning Objectives:\n\n	Identify library-specific AI ethical concerns. \n	Explore case studies in AI ethics. \n	Review library ethical frameworks.\n\nPresenter:\n\nNick Tanzi is the Assistant Director of the South Huntington Public Library. He is an internationally recognized library technology consultant and the author of the books Making the Most of Digital Collections Through Training and Outreach (2016) and the coauthor of the Best Technologies for Public Libraries: Policies, Programs, and Services (2020).
