Where do you start? How do you decide what to offer? This webinar will provide a basic overview on what programs and outreach services can look like, how to design and implement them, challenges your library might face, and how to evaluate their success.\n\nLearning Objectives:\n\n	Attendees will learn about the forms programs and outreach services can take.\n	Attendees will learn about challenges and considerations when designing and implementing programs\n	Attendees will learn how to evaluate their programs whether they go well or poorly, and how to use that data to prepare for the future.\n\nPresenters:  \n\nAnn MacNamara has been with Heights Libraries in Cleveland Heights, OH for nearly 10 years. As a Technology Trainer, she provides group and one-on-one technology instruction on everything from how to use the mouse to Excel formulas and 3D printing. Ann earned a Bachelor of Arts from Earlham College in German Language and Literature and International Studies and a Master of Library and Information Science from Kent State University.\n\n\n\nSteve Sanders has been the Refugee Services Librarian at the Noble Neighborhood Branch of Heights Libraries for the past six years. He is responsible for leading the library’s programming and outreach efforts with the Bhutanese refugee community living near the Noble Library and coordinating with other refugee service organizations to provide programs and services to the community.
