Janet serves as Ohio’s state rep to the Collaborative Summer Library Program and is program coordinator for Choose to Read Ohio. \n\nWhich Way Do We Go?\nThe next presentation will be about adapting programs to fit any delivery style, whether it be face to face, virtual, make and take, outdoors or anything in between.  Laura Lehner and her team from the Hudson Library and Historical Center will present.\n\nPresenters:\nBeth Rush has been in Youth Services for 11 years, working as a Youth Services Librarian at the Hudson Library & Historical Society and serving as the Youth Services Manager at the Burton Public Library. She loves getting books into kids' hands and watching their excitement when they connect to their love of reading. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nLaura Lehner has been a children's librarian for 18 years, serving as the Head of Youth Services at the Hudson Library for the past three. She has a passion for stories and lives with three dogs, so this year's theme - Tails & Tales - is tailor-made for her!\n\n\n\n\nWe will then have a break for lunch.\n\nCritter Camp will follow lunch and we will hear about the camp planned for Lorain Public Library System with Niccole Paytosh. \nPresenter: \nNiccole Paytosh is a former library employee.  She has spent the last four years working closely with families and youth of all ages. Her passion is a weekly family program where she enriches the lives of her patrons with activities that are consistently creative, innovative, and fun.  \n\n We will end the day with a craft presented by Shelia Privett at Andover Public Library.\n\nWild Animal Safari-Binoculars:\nHave you ever wanted to go on safari?  Have you ever wanted to see wild animal?  Get ready we are going on a sightseeing trip.\nWe will be creating Binoculars for which we will be looking for wild animals such as: giraffes, tigers, lions, monkeys, elephants, hippopotamus, zebra, and bears…oh my.\nChildren will love to look for the wild animals through their very own binoculars.  These can be made with supplies most libraries have on hand. \n\nPresenter:  Shelia Privett, Program Coordinator, Andover Public Library\nShelia started in adult services in 2018 and shortly after expanded her programming to teens and children.  She makes a difference iby educating, entertaining, advising, enlightening, supporting, and engaging those in her community.\n\nIn addition to these sessions, we are encouraging you to share your program ideas by creating a Tapas Learning video.  The video can be as short as 5 minutes or as long as 30 minutes.
