She focuses on issues of equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility within libraries and provides support to library staff across the state of South Carolina. Her goal is to advocate for libraries that are truly inclusive of the diverse communities they serve. Caroline received her Master's in Library and Information Science from the University of South Carolina in 2011 and was recognized by Library Journal as a 2020 Mover & Shaker.
