Presenter: 

Zachary S. O’Driscoll, Assistant Legal Counsel.  Mr. O’Driscoll began his tenure with the Auditor of State’s Office as a Legal Intern in June 2015. A native of Hudson, Ohio, Mr. O’Driscoll received his undergraduate degree from Heidelberg University before graduating from Capital University Law School in May 2017.  While a law student at Capital, Mr. O’Driscoll served as Editor-in-Chief of The Capital University Law Review, Volume 45, and published an article on the constitutionality of the federal trademark statute’s prohibition on disparaging trademarks.  He also served as one of the university’s Peer Advisors, Mock Trial members, and a teaching assistant to Professor Stanton G. Darling II.
