In order to support staff learning about issues of equity, diversity and inclusion, Multnomah County Library has developed a “Racially Just” toolkit, containing activities staff can use to learn on their own, with colleagues or in their staff groups. \n\nLearning Objectives:\n\n\n	Recognize some of the indications that an organization is ready to support staff with self-paced learning about EDI \n	Describe the process staff at Multnomah County Library undertook to develop self-paced learning about EDI, and how you might modify that process in your own organization\n	 Access resources to help with your own EDI training efforts\n\nPresenters:\n\nTracey Letmate has been working in adult education and organizational development for 20 years. Her work includes developing and delivering training content, mediation, facilitation, team building, and strategic change management work within organizations. Currently, she is the Manager of Learning and Organizational Development for Multnomah County Library. Tracey has a bachelor's degree in communication from North Carolina State University and an MBA from University of Phoenix. \n\n \nAmy Honisett has been working in libraries for ten years. Her work has focused on education and training, as well as supporting health and digital literacy awareness. She is currently the Learning and Development Specialist at Multnomah County Library, where she enjoys supporting her colleagues’ professional development.
